• Prices and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation with a booking reference

4. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled by our trusted partners including Stripe, Booking.com and Trip.com. By making a payment, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• The payment information is accurate and complete
• You authorise us to charge the stated amount

StayHopp does not store your full payment card details. All payments are processed using industry-standard security protocols.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual hotel and booking platform, not by StayHopp. Before booking, please review:

• The hotel's cancellation policy displayed at checkout
• Whether your rate is refundable or non-refundable
• Any deadlines for free cancellation

To cancel a booking, contact the booking platform directly using your booking reference. StayHopp cannot process cancellations or refunds on behalf of third-party booking platforms.

6. User Conduct

• Provide false or misleading information

StayHopp participates in affiliate programmes including Booking.com and Trip.com. When you click through to these platforms and make a booking, we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay — you pay the same price whether you book through StayHopp or directly.

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our hotel recommendations or search results.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
